Swag for Shots Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants can submit Swag for Shots entries by sending any kayak fishing related photographs to zach.yurchuck@gmail.com
2. Entrants must own all the rights to the photographs they submit.
3. By submitting a photo, the sender grants HOOK 1 staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), and any captions submitted on HOOK 1 website, blog, social networking pages and/or marketing materials Photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site or medium properly. Photographs may also be used in the same manner by our sister organization, KayakBassFishing.com
4. There is no fee to enter a photo into the weekly HOOK 1, Swag for Shots drawing.
5. Unless otherwise specified, our Contests run on a Sunday to Sunday calendar week. The first photo entered within a given week become entrant for that specific week’s Swag for Shots drawing. Additional pictures will roll over into additional weeks (i.e. entering 4 pictures will gain you entry to the current week’s contest as well as the following 3 week’s contest).
6. The Swag for Shots drawing will be selected using the random number generator at http://www.random.org . All decisions are final. Entrants may win multiple weekly contests.
7. HOOK 1 staff reserves the right to refuse any photograph which they deem unacceptable. Acceptable photographs will be confirmed via email.
8. Some weeks, special contests will run that will require specific subject matter for submitted photos. In these instances, entries made in advance (from submitting more than one picture a week) will not count, but will be pushed forward to the next week.
9. Prizes will change from contest to contest. All prizes will be worth at least $2.00 USD MSRP.
10. Winners must claim their prize by emailing their address to Chad Hoover at kayakbassfishing@gmail.com
11. Winners will be notified by the Wednesday following the Sunday of their contest entry. Winners will be informed via email.
12. All prizes will be given as represented unless monthly contest entries are less than a total of 5 entrants per week, in which case entries will be pro-rated to the next week.
13. Members may enter as many photos as desired.
14. Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing their local laws in regard to photo contests and are subject to any local, state, national or international laws. HOOK 1 accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
15. Contests may be discontinued at any time for any reason, with no notice and with no compensation for any left over entries a contestant may have.
