Mark “FinsUpVB” Lozier – Virginia Beach

Mark has been a saltwater angler in the Virginia Beach area for over 15 years now. Currently guiding saltwater kayak fishing trips for Ruthless Fishing , specializing in light tackle and fly fishing for Red Drum, Flounder, Speckle Trout and Stripped bass. Beside for being a Native Watercraft endorsed guide Mark was the first endorsed kayak guide for Daiwa Fishing. Other than guiding he is also the mid-Atlantic rep for Marsh Works inshore tackle. A contributing writer for the Chesapeake Angler Magazine writing articles from fishing tips and techniques to product reviews. As one of the original members of TKAA and two time president of the club Mark is still an active board member and involved with the Tidewater chapter of Heroes on the Water.
